If fewer than 20 students arrive on your visit day, you will still be charged for 20. Booking your time slot Please book your whole school group into ONE time slot, up to a maximum of 120 participants (students + adults). If your group is more than 120 total participants, you must book a second time slot for the extra people. If you cant fit everyone into one slot If the system wont
