This Passito represents the fresher and more immediate soul of Pantelleria, produced from Zibibbo vineyards ranging between 40 and 55 years old. Cultivated with the traditional alberello pantesco (head trained) system on terraced volcanic soils, these vines defy wind and sun to deliver a nectar of extraordinary concentration. The
